Sell ​​your old iPhone

Start by filling out the sales form on our website. You will receive an initial price estimate and a printable PostNord delivery note that you use to send your phone to us. We are responsible for the shipping. Pack the phone carefully and do not send us any accessories as these do not affect the price and we cannot resell them due to hygiene reasons. Shipping for the phone usually takes 3-5 business days. We make your payment within 3-5 working days of receiving your phone. If the condition of the phone is as stated in the sales form, we will make the payment directly to your bank account. If the phone is not in the specified condition, we will contact you with a new price, which you can choose to accept or you can ask us to send the phone back to you completely free of charge. The price estimate is valid for two weeks from the time you fill out the sales form.

If you have completed the sales form but no longer wish to sell your phone to us, you can simply keep the phone and not send it to us. In connection with that, you cancel your sale. If you have already sent your phone, you can cancel the sale at any time before your phone has moved to the payment queue by contacting our customer service.

If you wish to sell more than one phone, you must complete a separate sales form for each and pack them separately. PostNord only allows one phone per package due to limitations on the number of batteries per package. Please match each packing slip to the corresponding phone so we can process your sale correctly. And don't worry, we always cover shipping costs!

When you send your phone to us, please package it so that it is not damaged during shipping. For example, it can be in a box and a padded envelope. You must use the printable PostNord delivery note provided by us to send the phone.

It takes PostNord between 3-5 working days to send your phone to us. Once we receive your phone, we will examine it within 3-5 business days. If the phone matches the condition you specified in the sales form, we will proceed with the payment and the funds will appear in your account within 2-3 business days. So it takes a total of 5-10 working days before the money appears in your account.

The price you receive after completing our sales form is an initial estimate. Once we have received your phone it will be examined to say that it matches the condition you have stated on the form. If the condition of the phone matches the sale ad, we will pay you the amount possible in the original price estimate. If it turns out that the phone is in better or worse condition than stated in the form, we will adjust the price accordingly. We will then contact you with a new price by email. If you accept the new price, we will proceed with the payment. If you do not accept the new price, the phone will be sent back to you completely free of charge. Price estimate is valid for two weeks after you complete the sales form. Therefore, please send us your phone within this time.
